Ramesh Bhaskar, Head of YouTube Sales & Brand Advertising, Google India

Bhaskar heads YouTube revenue and runs the Brand business for India. He is also Brand Marketing Evangelist with Executive Summits team at Google, APAC. He is a passionate marketer & business leader with 15+ years experience across CPG, Media & Entertainment and Technology Industries in emerging markets. Prior to the current role, he spearheaded the FMCG vertical for Google India where he specialized in advising CXOs of large consumer companies transform their brand strategy & organizations as they reimagine marketing in a digital world. He helped digitize 200+ brands in India CPG space over the last 5 years.

He earned his management degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. At Google, he built the CPG practice for India from scratch and prior to this, he worked with leading companies including P&G, Marico, Godrej & Reliance Broadcast Network building brands & businesses. He is also an active mentor for start ups.

He holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Alok Agarwal, GM - Strategic Projects, GSK

An IIT Bombay /IIM Bangalore alumni with 15+ years of FMCG Marketing & sales experience. Expertise in building Brand Differentiation & P&Ls by developing new products, creating brand campaigns using off-line & online media. Now at GSK, as the Head of Marketing Excellence leading verticals of Digital, Shopper, Insights and consumer engagement. I evangelise digital and the potential to leverage it across the entire value chain for FMCG brands.

Sujatha V Kumar, Director - Category Marketing & Corporate Brand, The Coca-Cola Company

Sujatha has a work experience of over 19 years, largely in the field of Marketing, and has worked extensively in all key areas, such as Brand development, Launch strategy, Category Management, Retail strategy and promotions, Creating Advertising, Consumer behavior, Client Engagement, Market Research and In-market implementation of Programs.

She currently works at The Coca-Cola Company and has been here since 2011. She started as Category Director – Coca-Cola and headed the Brand until April 2014. During this period, she worked to shape the brand and creative strategy of making the Coca-Cola promise of “Being the Happiness Icon” relevant for India. This brought the brand to a strong volume growth, making it the fastest growing brand in the Portfolio. She is now Director – Category Marketing & Corporate Brand.

She started her career as Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble and has since gathered rich work experience in Sales and Marketing across companies such as Gillette, Nokia, and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Apart from work, her extra-curricular passion is music. She is the lead singer of the Band “Mid Life Crisis” (a band comprising of people from the corporate world who have a passion for music), and performs in concerts around NCR. Their last shows were in Hard Rock Café Delhi and Gurgaon.
